1. 2 blocks Tofu
  2. 1 lbs Chive bud stems
  3. 1 tsp vegetarian mushroom powder
  4. 1 Tbsp Olive oil

 Preparation and Cooking

     Cut the Chive bud stems into 3" pieces, wash and drain. Cut the Tofu into 1" squares,  press out water. Heat a stir-fry pan or a wok with Olive oil until white smoke appear. Fry the Tofu squares lightly.  Add the Chive bud stems and sprinkle with mushroom powder then mix well.  If Mushroom powder is not available, you can substitute with 1 tsp salt + 1 tsp sugar.  Stir-frying for 1 minute, and it is ready to be served.
