Ingredients

  1. 1 lb pickle mustard greens
  2. 2 block tofu 
  3. 1 Tbsp minced garlic 
  4. 2 medium tomatoes 
  5. 1 Tbsp black bean w/garlic sauce 
  6. 1 Tbsp chopped scallion (1" piece) 
  7. 1 Tbsp vegetable oil

 

 

 Preparation and Cooking 

     Cut the pickled mustard greens into 1" pieces. Cut the tofu into 1" squares. Slide tomatoes into wedges.  Heat a frying pan with oil. Fry the garlic until fragrant. Add the pickled mustard greens and tomato and fry for 2-3 minutes. Next add the black bean sauce and tofu squares.  Mix everything well and cook for about 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and add the chopped scallion on top.  It is ready to be served.
